Why is “Casey Research” showing up on my credit card statement?

If your credit card statement shows a recent charge from “SR*Casey Research”, it indicates you recently signed up to receive a subscription to one of our investment research services using a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card.

If you purchased one of our subscriptions using an American Express credit card, the charge will likely appear as “www.caseyresearch.com” on your credit card statement.

If you didn’t make such a purchase, or don’t recall having any purchase history with Casey Research, The Agora Inc., or its affiliates, please contact our customer service specialists at (888) 512-2739 (or (602) 445-2736 for international callers).

I don’t recall ordering a Casey Research service. What do I do?

It’s possible that as a result of a closure of another related service in our network, you received a free year of a Casey Research newsletter service.

Since Casey Research newsletter subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, it’s possible the charge you’re seeing is for an additional year of service. Or, it could be the smaller annual maintenance fee that is charged to lifetime subscribers.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Casey Research subscription, contact Casey Research by phone. Call (888) 512-2739 (or (602) 445-2736 for international callers) to speak with our customer service specialists. Our customer service office is open from 9.00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday ET.

To cancel your free subscription to the Casey Daily Dispatch, you can send an email to our customer service team using the “Contact Us” page on the Casey Research website. You can also unsubscribe using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each issue.
