A Casey Research Working Group:
In-depth Answers to All Your Questions

Global markets are bloated with unprecedented levels of government-created liquidity and manipulated for political ends, the true condition of the crisis economy cloaked in a fog of media hype.

For most people, the crisis economy is going to end very, very badly.

This is your invitation to join an exclusive group asking and receiving the specific answers you need on what’s coming next and how to position yourself to prevail.

The event is the annual Casey Research Summit, for the first time this year structured as a ‘working group’ to ensure that the faculty addresses your most pressing concerns and that, at the conclusion of the event, you walk away with the hard research you need to act on what you’ve learned.

Among the Working Group features…

  • Before the Summit, we will send you outlines of all presentations—we encourage you to submit specific questions that you might have for the faculty by a specified deadline, in time for their final preparations.
  • Ahead of the Summit, you will get to use the latest conference technology to interact with the moderator and faculty, as well as to capture and view all presentation slides.
  • On site, a team of Casey Research analysts will take notes side by side with the audience. At the end of each day, their notes, augmented with additional research on the specific investment recommendations made during the day, will be provided electronically to you for further review and reference.
  • At the end of the Summit, all of the notes and research will be compiled and provided to you as a working group report.

While most people get their economic and investment information from the mainstream media, the participants at the Casey Research Summits know the importance of stepping away from the daily distractions and spending three immersive days delving deep into the latest research on the economy, investment markets, the political environment, specific investment ideas and more.

Through a full slate of in-depth presentations and one-on-one interactions with faculty and fellow participants, you can expect to uncover and understand the hard facts about the crisis economy as they are, not as the politicians and their cronies on Wall Street and in the media want you to believe they are.

If you’ve ever been to a Casey Research Summit, then you are already familiar with the caliber of the programming and the value of the interactions this immersive event offers.

For first-timers to a Casey Research Summit, welcome! Please note that in order to preserve a comfortable collegial environment and to ensure abundant opportunities to personal interact with the faculty, we strictly limit attendance at our Summits. As a result, they always sell out fast.

To that end, please be sure to register right away. As a bonus, you’ll lock in the lowest available registration price.

See you in San Antonio!

FAQ's

Q. When does the Summit begin/end?

Registration opens on Thursday, September 18 at 1:00 pm and runs to 7:00 pm, and reopens at 6:30 am on Friday. Thursday afternoon and evening are open to allow you to settle in and explore the resort.

We have arranged an exclusive tour to The Alamo Thursday afternoon with buses departing the front of the hotel at 3:00 pm and returning you to the hotel at 5:30 pm. You can sign up when you register online, or for more details contact Taylor at taylor@caseyresearch.com

The opening general session begins Friday, September 19 at 8:30 am. The final session of the conference concludes at 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 21.

Q. What's the format of the Summit?

Casey Research Summits are designed to maximize audience interaction and to ensure you have abundant opportunities to receive the answers to all your most pressing questions. In addition to in-depth general session presentations:

  • Ample time is provided for questions and answers from the audience, including wrap-up Q&A panels at the end of each day. At this Summit, you will also be able to use your iPad, smartphone, and/or laptop to submit questions directly to the stage.

  • For specialized topics (e.g., Opening International Bank and Brokerage Accounts) smaller, hands-on workshops provide you with all the information you need to act.

  • Network with Faculty and Executives from Casey recommended companies in the Map Room.

The majority of faculty members enjoy participating side by side with the audience throughout the event, providing unique opportunities for face-to-face meetings during a variety of social functions and food breaks.

  • A Casey Research innovation, the Map Room, allows participants to network with the senior executives of some of the favorite companies followed by Casey Research.

In addition, your registration fee includes lunch each day, refreshment breaks, an opening cocktail party, and a closing banquet, all providing opportunities to meet and share notes with other participants and members of the faculty.

Q. What is the concept behind the "Casey Working Group?"

Given the depth and scope of the information presented, we recognize it can be challenging to keep track of the many specific investment recommendations made over the three days of the Summit.

Answering this challenge for the first time ever, a team of professional analysts from Casey Research will take extensive notes during all presentations, recording every investment recommendation made and doing on-the-spot research and analysis. At the end of each day, the team will assemble their research into an Executive Briefing containing additional details on each investment that will be circulated to all participants.

Within 48 hours of the end of the Summit, you'll receive a comprehensive Casey Working Group Report with additional research on all the recommendations made at the Summit, along with links to all the charts and graphs used by the faculty.

Q. How many people attend the Summit?

The attendance at all Casey Research Summits is strictly limited to allow participants ample opportunities to interact with each other and with the faculty. As a result, the Summits are almost always quick sell-outs. For the Thriving in a Crisis Economy Summit, the registration cutoff is 395. Once registration reaches that number, no further registrations are accepted. To ensure you make the cutoff, register today.

Q. If I register today to be sure to get in, what happens if I later have to cancel?

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel, provided you cancel before September 5 (two weeks before the Summit), you'll receive a refund of your registration, less a $100 processing fee.

Because the Summit will certainly be a sell-out, holding your registration after September 5 may mean turning someone away. If we can fill your seat at the last minute, you'll receive a refund, less the processing charge. If, on the other hand, a late cancelation means we are unable to fill the seat, no refund is made. We hope you agree that this is fair.

Q. Who typically attends the Casey Research Summits?

The vast majority of participants are independent-minded investors who play an active role in managing their family's investment portfolios, with a smaller subset of professional money managers researching new ideas and strategies to recommend to their clients.

Most but not all are subscribers to Casey Research publications or members of Casey's Club, the exclusive club whose members are our top clients.

While most participants reside in the US and Canada, the Summits are always greatly enhanced by a substantial contingent from around the world, with the last Summit drawing participants from Germany, France, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Guernsey, Ireland, Guyana, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, the Cook Islands, Mauritius, Mexico, Paraguay, China, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

No matter where they come from, one of the most frequent remarks we hear from Summit participants is how enjoyable it is to network with people with a shared world view. You'll fit right in!
